You probably already know the main difference between made-to-order and bespoke jewellery but let us just revisit it is for clarification.  In the Jewellery world bespoke jewellery is considered to be made from scratch where the client goes through several stages to achieve their desired piece, while a made-to-order jewellery is based on an existing jewellery piece that is modified to fit the wearer appropriately.

How to Shop Made-to Order Jewellery…

  • Look for ‘Made to Order’ jewellery on our online shop for ease of identification.
  • Choose your Made-to-Order Jewellery piece and send an email to us at customer.service@sakkijha.store on modifications (i.e. chain length, change of necklace chain type) you wish to incorporate and additional cost this may entail.
  • State the name of the jewellery piece in the subject field of your email, for ease of directing your communication to an appropriate customer service manager. We aim to respond to each email within 2 business days (there may be a different time scale in exceptional circumstances). For any order related enquiries our business days are defined as Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm UK time. 
  • Once modification has been discussed with Customer Service Manager proceed to placing the order.

Made-to-Order Bracelet 

  1. Browse the bracelet or bangle range
  2. Read the product description including the wrist measurement and read our bracelet size guide.
  3. Click buy to make the initial payment using your credit or debit card. We are hosted by the Shopify platform for secure payment by credit or debit card. Additional cost associated with modifications will be debited prior to dispatch of the order.
  4. Provide credit or debit card billing address for processing the full payment via the Shopify platform
  5. Make sure you provide the delivery address if different from your card billing address at the point of initial payment. The delivery address can not be changed after the order has been placed.
  6. Expect your delivery via courier and note all our deliveries require collector’s signature to safeguard from loss of your item at the doorstep. We advise that the household members are aware of the obligation to sign for your parcel, if you are not likely to be home.

  2. Read the product description including the necklace length and the pendant size
  3. Click buy to make the initial payment using your credit or debit card. We are hosted by the Shopify platform for secure payment by credit or debit card. Additional cost associated with modifications will be debited prior to dispatch of the order.
  4. Provide credit or debit card billing address for processing the full payment via the Shopify platform
